We started ChangeToTransform because most fitness advice is either too extreme, too generic, or assumes you have nothing else going on in your life. We knew there was a better way.

Our Story

ChangeToTransform began as a small coaching practice between friends — a personal trainer, a nutritionist, and a behavioural coach who kept seeing the same thing: clients didn't fail because they lacked discipline. They failed because the plans they were given were never built for their lives.

So we started doing things differently. We met people where they were — busy parents, shift workers, professionals running on four hours of sleep — and engineered plans around their reality. The results were immediate. Adherence went up. Bodies changed. Habits stuck. And ChangeToTransform was born.

Today we work with people across the world, helping them rebuild their relationship with their body, food, and energy — one realistic week at a time.

Why ChangeToTransform Was Created

We were tired of watching good people get burned by bad fitness culture — 30-day shred programs, restrictive diets, hyped-up supplements, and shame-driven marketing. None of it produces lasting change. Most of it actively harms the people it claims to help.

ChangeToTransform was built as the opposite of that. A calm, evidence-based, judgement-free place where regular people can finally make progress that holds — without giving up their job, their family time, or their favourite foods.
